House II B
House IIB (duplex, 2 bedrooms)
We invite you to our new Pod Reglami house. The house is divided into two separate parts (“II A” and “II B”). each has a separate main entrance, a separate terrace and one parking space each. The houses IIA and IIB are situated close to the Willa Pod Reglami, surrounded by a large garden and a lot of greenery. There is space to have a barbecue and a large playground for our little guests. The houses are a perfect solution for families with children. For your convenience and safety the house is equipped with a safe. The entire complex also has a free Wi-Fi.
House II „B” with 2 bedrooms with an area of 750 square feet is intended for 4-6 persons. The house is characterized with a combination of traditional mountaineer construction and tradition with a little modern touch. The time you will spend here will remain in your memory for a long time. We did our best to ensure our guests with full comfort and convenience.
On the ground floor you will find:
an anteroom;
a spacious living room with a chimney and a terrace exit. From the terrace there is a direct exit to the garden with a playground. In the living room there is a 2 person foldout sofa which may serve as a rollaway bed as well as a 42 inch TV set with satellite TV. Stylized waxed furniture referring to a traditional Zakopane style and a natural finish create a unique and great ambience of the place;
a kitchen: equipped with household appliances: a heating plate, a microwave oven, a dishwasher and essentials such as pots, plates and cutlery. There is also a large dining table with chairs.
A toilet
On the first floor you will find:
a modern bathroom with a shower cubicle equipped with a dryer and towels;
2 cozy 2-person bathrooms. One of them has a marital bed and a balcony with a view of the garden from which you may see beautiful sunsets or watch the children playing in the sandbox. The second bedroom with two single beds has a view of the Giewont mountain.
Smoking in our houses is forbidden. We do not accept pets! The check-in times are 4:00 PM on the day of arrival and 10:00 AM on the day of departure.
Price list
The prices for renting a house range from 320,00 PLN to 420,00 PLN, depending on the arrival date, the length of the stay and the number of people in the house*. In order to determine an exact price, please contact us by phone or via e-mail.
* The price is not applicable for the Christmas and New Year’s period. The above price applies for no more than 6 persons. For each additional person a fee of 50,00 PLN is collected.
Within the Willa pod Reglami complex, you may use the following:
Sauna,
Jacuzzi,
billiard room,
children’s playroom,
children’s playground,
barbecue,
ski rental,
snow scooter rental,
bicycle rental.

*In order to use the sauna or Jacuzzi a minimum of 2 persons is required!
Reservations
When making a reservation, an advance is required, amounting to 35%-50% of the entire amount for the stay. When staying for less than 4 days, the required advance amounts to 50% or based on individual settlement. The rest is paid on the date of arrival (we do not accept credit cards). In case of a change of the reservation or a resignation of the stay for reasons independent of the Willa Pod Reglami boarding house, the advance will not be returned!
